1. Adikadi Mudi…

Singers : Hariharan

Seconds into the song and you wonder whether you are hearing a Harris Jeyaraj number.Hariharan sings it effortlessly.The music director has employed high usage of guitar with rock arrangements.The tune is instantly catchy but on the musical front nothing is experimentative in this track.However,the second pick of the album !

2. Masala Chicks…

Lyrics : Madhan Karky

Singers : Ramya

This track is suppossed to be the female intro song.The vocal arrangements & trendy lyrics remind us of “Sariya Thavara” track from 12B.The lyrics are sure to find fans among youngsters.The veena fusion in the interlude deserves mention.

3. Vaarkothumai Kallodu…

Lyrics : Madhan Karky

Singers : Blaaze,Krishna Iyer,Sayanora Philip,Archith,Santhosh

A party track in Tamil after a long time & lyricist Madhan Karky makes use of his imagination to the most & has written Tamil equivalent of regular english words like “Beer”.Blaazee is excellent as usual.The later half of the song makes a complete transition to modern suave ‘kuthu’ style.If promoted well,this could be among the top chartbusters this season.

4. Iravugalil…

The best song of the album.The rap segment in the interlude is catchy.This song is a fusion ballad between melody & rock.Karthik makes no mistake & the song is highly impressive.Special mention to the lyrics which is top-notch.The lyricist has purposefully avoided using English words.A perfect candle night romantic number.

5. Nee Indri…

Lyrics : Madhan Karky

Singers : Sathya

This is a short,slow song sung by the composer himself though his voice appears to be processed.The song describes the hero’s search for the heroin & his pain of seperation.Might be used as background score.

Album

C.Sathya has tried to be very westernised in this album.It works almost.But the problem is,the album looks very one dimensioned.The album sorely misses variety.Nevertheless urban,rock lovers will like this album & C.Sathya is a man to be noted for his talent.
